All Reservations

You may book online at www.m22inn.com/m22-inn-suttons-bay/ and click on the rectangle “Check Availability” on any page or by calling the Inn directly at 231-271-6694. To confirm your reservation, a deposit equal to one night or 50% of the total room charge is required and is payable with a credit card (VISA, MC, Discover). The remainder of your reservation will be billed no more than 10 days prior to your arrival date.

May-October Reservations

All rooms have a multiple-night minimum on weekends. Specialty rooms have a multiple-night minimum during the week. Please inquire prior to booking.

Cancellations

Cancellations made up to ten days prior to your scheduled arrival for a single room for three nights or less will result in your deposit being refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made up to thirty days prior to your scheduled arrival for 2-3 rooms for three nights or less will result in your deposit being refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee per room. Reservations of four or more rooms are non-refundable.

If you must cancel later than the time permitted your full room rate will be billed at the time of cancellation if it has not already been billed. Refunds are not given for early departures or bad weather. Alterations to confirmed reservations are subject to a $25 processing fee. You need to call and speak with someone in order to cancel your reservation. We are unable to take cancellations through email or by messages left on voicemail.

Shortened Stays

Due to the short vacation season in Northern Michigan, guests will be billed for the full amount for the original nights booked and the deposit will be applied to one of the nights missed, not nights incurred. Refunds are not provided for early departures.
